How do I order?
Tap Order via WhatsApp on any product, or add several products to your WhatsApp cart. Fill in your name and phone, check the message, and send it. We reply to confirm stock and delivery.
Do I need an account?
No. Your order is one WhatsApp message. We remember your details on this device so the next order is faster.
Can I still use the normal checkout?
Yes. Add to cart and check out as usual. If you choose cash on delivery, we ask you to confirm the order on WhatsApp before we ship.
I left my cart. Can I get it back?
Yes. If you typed your phone number, we can send you a link that refills your cart and details.
Payment
How can I pay?
Bank transfer, a secure card payment link, or cash on delivery in the Klang Valley.
Where do I send my receipt?
Upload it on the thank-you screen after your order, or from the link in our message. We confirm it on our side and update your order.
Bulk and corporate orders
Do you do bulk orders?
Yes, from 20 pieces, with your logo if you like. Send us your list and we reply with a quote you can accept online.
